Error:

[XXX] [crit] [client XXX] (13)Permission denied: /path/to/user/.htaccess pcfg_openfile: unable to check htaccess file, ensure it is readable

Solution:

chmod 777 /home/userfolder

:.htaccess, apache, permission deined
